Cancellation Policy
Refunds Payments are non-refundable unless CleanBeesHQ is unable to deliver the agreed services. If we miss a scheduled session due to our own fault, you’ll receive a service credit or partial refund, based on the nature of the missed appointment. Missed sessions due to client unavailability, such as no access to the property or last-minute cancellations, are not refundable. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in cases of emergencies or unavoidable events. Rescheduling You’re welcome to reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made after this window may result in the session being marked as completed and charged accordingly. We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests due to public holidays, illness, or other special circumstances. Please contact us as early as possible to make new arrangements. Complaints If you’re not satisfied with a cleaning, please report any issues within 24 hours of service completion so we can assess the matter and, if appropriate, arrange a free follow-up clean or alternative resolution. Privacy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Client details are collected strictly for communication, service delivery, scheduling, and invoicing purposes. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information to third parties without your explicit consent. All client data is stored securely .
